Michelle Wie on Top of Another List, but it isn’t golf, again.
January 10, 2008
Michelle Wie is on the top of another list that isn’t related to a golf tournament.
Michelle Wie is number 4 on the top 20 richest celebrities under 25. The top 4 on the list are athletes with the obvious first going to Lebron James.
Michelle Wie, who struggled this year in golf tournaments still brought in $19 million. Most of that sponsor money from people banking on her expected golf talent.
The next tournament that she could be involved in the Sony Open, might not even happen for her even though Sony is one of her sponsors. Tadd Fujikawa has already been invited and Michelle Wie will probably be next on the list.

Why Els won’t play Accenture
January 10, 2008A couple of days ago, Ernie Els on his website, announced his schedule for 2008 but what was missing is him playing in the WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship. His first event in the United States is the Honda Classic, the week after the Accenture. past years Els has complained about playing at LaCosta and it was thought that a move to Arizona would appease him more, but that doesn’t seem the case. In six events he has been beaten four times in the first round and the second round once. Last year he was sent packing in the first round by Bradley Dredge. Els will start his year at Dubai and strangely will be playing the next week in the Indian Masters before the Honda Classic.
